IFL has extensive experience in field of material flow simulation. The figure displays the implementation of material flow to dimensioning a sorting buffer of various batch sizes. The core task is to ensure that the sorting storage used in a company is sufficiently dimensioned. The simulation includes inspection stations, NIO-space, lift, buffer, packing, and materials handling.
